The Go to Market (GTM) Accounts Team provides programmatic support to our high potential accounts, providing a geographically aligned engagement with account teams to ensure the success of our largest and most strategic clients.

The Role

  • You will work within the Sales & Marketing Operations team, reporting to Sales & Marketing Operations Director
  • You will pro-actively work with stakeholders to define system requirements to enable the business gets the most out of Salesforce
  • You will understand how to make Salesforce best meet the business’ goals and technology strategy
  • Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Salesforce platform
  • Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
  • Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities and updates
  • Provide training to users
  • Develop Salesforce reports, analytics and dashboards to monitor business KPIs
  • Ensure standards of data cleanliness are upkept and best practices for system use are adhered to
  • Undertake quarterly reviews of architecture and process to ensure continued relevance
  • Own and manage the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancing tools
  • e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot)

  • Lead the transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning ensuring that the platform continues to function as normal and that users are trained on changes

    Essential :

  • Administration Essentials for New Admins (ADM201) certification
  • Able to demonstrate experience in a Salesforce administration position
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and relationship building skills
  • Must be comfortable working remotely
  • Desirable

  • Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins (ADM211) or other Salesforce certifications
  • Understanding of SaaS environment
  • Background in supporting a fast-growing business
