Cross-Cultural Communication Center is a team of dedicated professional trainers, teachers of different foreign languages, course designers, administrators, and managers team who work towards developing cross-cultural communication competency for all functions and positions to help SoftServe reach business goals by improving strategic communication at every touchpoint.
Our department has evolved from Language School and it now has a mission of bridging local cultures inside a global team.
We do it through creating and delivering learning solutions for developing foreign language communication skills; providing foreign language level check;
creating and providing learning solutions to develop cross-cultural awareness competency; developing communication competency in project teams.
Proficient in English
Possessing strong teaching background - at least 3 years of experience in teaching adults
A specialist with Master’s degree in teaching / linguistics (a relevant certification TESOL, CELTA, etc. is an advantage)
Able to customize lessons to meet particular students’ needs
A holder of excellent communication skills
Flexible working with busy people who have various levels of English proficiency and little free time
Сapable of driving learners to desired outcomes
Ready to build courses around business-related rather than general topics
Able to help students improve public speaking and general communication skills
Interested in the world’s learning and business trends
Comfortable working in a team
20 teaching hours
20 hours for administrative work, classes preparation, team meetings, individual contribution

A role of an English Language Teacher is instrumental in helping our associates become better English speakers that have a direct influence on their performance in multi-cultural teams.
A teacher may choose to take on additional roles as that of a course designer, level evaluator, buddy, or mentor, contribute to developing new learning solutions and processes, develop in one of the departments key areas of expertise
Delivering high-quality language learning solutions and contributing to team’s initiatives
Conducting different formats of language training following best practices in line with 4Cs standards
Customizing lessons to meet particular students’ needs
Tracking students’ progress through the well-established evaluation process during the course
Using internal systems to launch courses, track students’ attendance and performance
Attending operational meetings and cooperate with 4Cs Managers to stay aligned with the team’s vision and goals
Contributing to team’s initiatives to help improve and diversify 4Cs products and services
Developing yourself professionally in accordance with the Competence Model
