1.5+ years of experience in recruitment sphere
Understanding of software development company functioning
Full lifecycle recruiting components concept
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong motivation to manage client / partner expectations
Using creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates
Pre-screening and interviewing candidates to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to position
Performing as the primary contact point for candidates and conducting the full recruiting cycle (communicating status, answering questions, and coordinating all follow-up efforts)
Coordinating all interview stages (technical, project, and customer interviews)
Creating and extending the recruiting pipeline, maintaining a database of candidates and recruitment-related reports
