Finance Partners as one of the departments of SoftServe is a team of professionals who assist Customer Success Leader with budgeting, planning, model based pricing, analyzing, and reporting aspects.
We also play active role at corporate finance level : improving budgeting, forecasting and reporting systems, identifying issues, data gathering, conducting analyses, contribute to the business development and helping to implement change.
Bachelor or Master degree specialist in Financial Management, Financial Analysis or similar
Expert in Financial Analysis / Financial Management
Having understanding of software development company functioning
Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Advanced user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Possessing Upper-intermediate English level
Excellent in selg-organization and time-management
Expert in presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
A good team player

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Managing budgeting process at corporate and department level and prereparing plan-fact analysis and KPIs calculations
Managing forecasting process at corporate and department level, including revenue and cost forecast
Managing the process of model based pricing at corporate and department level
Permanent analytic and monitoring work necessary to build and maintain corporate reporting system
Building effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of the process for developing, collecting and analyzing required information
Analyzing information delivered, preparing reports / making recommendations to the SCL / Budget owners / Senior Management
Contribution to the development of new reports at corporate and department level
Ensuring effective and timely communication between the corporate finance and all stakeholders involved in the finance-related activities
Analyzing input information to ensure its compliance with requirements and performance targets
TOGETHER WE WILL
Ensure that the Company's Customer Success Leaders have all the up-to-date and valid financial data and instruments for effective descicion making process.
We will help them to negotiate with all the stakeholders on the language of numbers. We will be delivering presentations regarding our reports and day-
to-day work with financial statements.
