DBA / ETL Engineer Project Overview :
Our customer is fast grown FinTech startup in the loan management domain operating in EU. We are at the beginning of the long-term journey to build a loan management system.
We are looking for a DBA / ETL Engineer who will join the team to support a debt management company with operations in Spain.

Elaborate on the requirements;
ETL process management, Data modeling;
Maintenance and monitoring of the production solutions, addressing issues and improvements;
Propose, implement systems and support enhancements and process improvements;
Performing data quality checks for data source systems;
Integration performance management.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in ETL, system integration and data modelling;
Spanish speaking (B1-B2);
Good knowledge of Microsoft data technology stack (Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS);
Good knowledge of T-SQL;
Good knowledge of data modeling;
Experience in development of ETL;
Experience in data migration;
Advanced knowledge of database architecture;
Good experience in query tuning;
Experience in development and performance tuning of complex Transact-SQL scripts;
Experience in debt collection, financial services is an advantage.
