We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and result-oriented professional to join our team. You will work closely with Clients, Engineers, and Leadership Team to understand potential customers and market requirements and translate them into digital products and services, and to ensure that the production department works in the best way.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Engineering Manager’s role is to align technology vision with our business strategy, by integrating appropriate technologies in the company products and services.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in IT outsourcing company;
Hands-on experience in software development using several technologies, minimum 2 (e.g. Javascript / Node.js / React, GraphQL, Python, Java, etc.);
Experience architecting and building solutions;
Customer-oriented approach, ability to develop trusted relationships with potential clients and manage client expectations;
Excellent people management and communication skills;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong leadership and motivational skills;
B.S. in Computer Science or quantitative field; M.S. preferred;
Advanced level of English (C1).
Responsibilities :
Take part in the Pre-sales and identify the client’s business needs, pains, and expectations in order to ensure we provide the best-suited proposal.
Cooperating with Delivery and Recruitment teams to ensure a smooth project start-up and delivery.
Provide leadership, career development, and mentoring for the engineering team.
Set the company tech development vision aligned with the latest trends.
