    For our Insights team in Kyiv, Ukraine we are therefore looking for a Manager Performance Tracking, Analytics EE HUB. In this position you will act as a data champion, transforming raw data coming from different sources (e.

    g., Google analytics, social media listening, market research and data platforms) into actionable insights that will help uncover growth opportunities for the local markets and help improve performance.

    You will contribute to the development and adoption of a consumer-centric mind-set across the local organization and will enable the local team to make data-driven decisions. You will :

  • Identify the available data sources to pull existing audience insights and working with other functions to develop methods to gain new insights.
  • Understand key business priorities and questions, drivers and hypotheses.
  • Work with regional & local team to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Combine consumer analytics and finding across various data sources & data points to surface insights and opportunities.
  • Visualise findings, formulating impactful insights and communicating them to regional and local teams.
  • Utilise and refining the universal tagging framework.
  • Conduct local benchmarking / reports.
  • Monitor performance and feedback on owned assets (incl. Apps) and providing recommendations for improvement to distributed teams.
  • Work as a liaison between business and technical teams to automate manual processes and optimizing data delivery for greater scalability.
  • Partner with technical and non-technical resources across the business to promote the efficient execution of projects. We’re looking for someone with :
  • University degree in Statistics, Economics, Business or related field.
  • Experience in Market Research, Web / Digital / Social Media Analysis, Computer Science, Data Management or related field.
  • Experience as Business Analyst or related role, with proven hands-on experience gathering business requirements and setting up and utilizing digital and visual analytics tools and reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
  • Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting.
  • Expertise in digital analytics (e.g., benchmarking, hypothesis A / B testing) and reporting / data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python and / or R.
  • Proficiency with performance measurement and social media management tools or social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
  • Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization tools, such as Optimizely.
  • Articulate with the ability to translate data into a narrative for a broad audience.
  • Detail oriented but able to see the big picture.
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
