Nestlé BusinessServices in Lviv is announcing an opening for E&G Learning Specialist .

Key responsibilities :

  • Support and coordinate the use of XTM tool for translation activities for all E&G processes (job charters, competencies, training content etc.);
  • Prepare materials to be in translatable format;
  • Upload / download files;
  • Configure projects : scope, roles assignment, process flows;
  • Support users (train, troubleshoot, guide);
  • Support all Transformation Wave 2 (TW2) markets individually with iLearn and NBS CoS service questions (capability building, questions coming from comparison events and change impact reviews);
  • Support all TW2 with their legal / audit requirements understanding the new global iLearn setup and the impacts on their legal data collections and reporting;
  • Support 2 testing cycles ( preparation of data, test scripts, mkt capability building, mkt issues raised and updating all Level 5 standard routines with changes);
  • Support the Bi-weekly TW2 calls with markets to build knowledge on processes, iLearn setup, ways of working, troubleshooting etc.;
  • Support NBS with Knowledge capture questions and outcomes;
  • Support the TW2 iLearn catalog cleanup :
  • o Weekly liaison with COC learning technologists,

    o Weekly data quality review,

  • o Project management of 1st, 2nd and 3rd datacleanupexercise;
  • Support the capability building of the NBS iLearn Super User role for the markets.
  • Required Profile :

  • Exposure to translation techniques and methodologies;
  • Ability to lead Skype calls to instruct and train users and to monitor completion of activities according to deadlines;
  • Customer service driven skill set with the ability to listen and understand needs;
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in simplifies terms;
  • Ability to conceptualize creative solutions, documenting them, and presenting / selling them to key stakeholders;
  • Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams while executing multiple projects from vision through implementation;
  • Stronganalytical / problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., listening, counseling and coaching, negotiation skills);
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate : written and verbal);
  • Preferably : Master’s degree in modern languages.
