Required skills

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer / system administrator;
  • Knowledge of ticket systems, bug trackers;
  • Good troubleshooting experience;
  • Linux administration experience;
  • Fluent English, excellent grammar and writing skills;
  • Experience in network administration;

  • Resolving all types of technical support issues received via ticketing system, chat or phone;
  • Assist in real-time with software installation and configuration, recognizing and adapting quickly to each customer’s unique hardware setups and configuration needs;
  • Solving, escalation and management of incidents;
  • Integrate and interact soundly with our existing support team, collaborating efficiently to find solutions;
