We invite you to take a part in contest for the open position CI / Performance analyst. These responsibilities include some of the following :
Gathers and interprets the relevant data (costs, productivity, supply and demand patterns, product readiness, etc.) in CIS Supply Chain cluster , which includes 7 markets ( Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Belaurs, Georgia , Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan , Moldova)
Investigates performance problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions with relevant stakeholders
Develops performance and ad-hoc reports on transportation costs, warehouse services, write-off and provisions; product availability, other supply chain product flow visibility and control
To define and optimize procedures and policies of interactions and information exchange between regional functions : finance, regulatory, supply, warehousing and distribution, commercial organization and finance
Provides analytical support , simulation modeling for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
Monitors contract compliance and other requirements as per defined procedures and policies
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :
Degree level qualification in analytical disciplines like computer science, applied math, finance or business analysis.
Fluent English and Russian, written and oral preferable.
Analytic mind, able to manage, analyze, clarify and interpret complex data into business insides
Good communication with all levels of management and ability to clarify and refine information by asking right questions.
Organized and able to react to the challenges of a fast moving environment and deliver under tight deadlines
Excellent PC and Excel skills (should be able to write macros, work with variate of data sources), basic knowledge of SAP (good will be a plus).
Knowledge of analytical BI tools like PowerBI will be a plus.
Confirmed understanding of supply chain domain (customer service; logistics and supply planning experience is preferable), ideally in multinational pharmaceutical / FMCG company
Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional and multinational team environment.
